The complete online system for viewing, and selling professional images. We allow you to process your own payments or we can collect payments for you. You get to choose where your images are printed.
Putting your images online will increase orders. If you want, you could stop using hard proofs. ImageQuix makes the uploading process easy with a user friendly interface. This allows you to save time. We also have flexible uploading plans which will fit any size studio. This saves you money. When an event is uploaded ImageQuix will process payments for you. You can send your images to a lab or do the printing yourself. ImageQuix's flexibility allows you to run your studio the way you want and get picture printed the way you want.
Photographers use the provided ImageQuix software to specify the images that will be associated to an event and the Event specific information like Title, Date, Price Sheet, Image Watermark and other settings. After clicking "Upload" the ImageQuix software will resize, watermark if choosen, and upload the images to their account. Once online the software will activate the event and it is ready for viewing.
ImageQuix offers 2 kinds of fulfillment:
Full Control: When an order is submitted you are responsible for submitting images to a lab (or printing them yourself).
Full Service: When uploading, you'll upload (or mail in) the hi-res versions of your files. When orders come in, ImageQuix processes the credit cards and sends the hi-res images to your lab for printing. We'll cut you a check every 2 weeks.

NO. ImageQuix is free to download and your first upload is free!
Once an event is uploaded it is live online right away.
Orders placed on our web site by your clients are sent to your lab within 1-2 business days. Most labs ship out order the next day. See your lab for details on shipping times.
Full Control events will stay online as long as you want! If the event expires you can reactivate it for free! Full Service events stay online for a minimum for 60 days. If an order is placed the event will stay up a minimum of 30 days after that order is placed (i.e. if on day 59 an order is placed, the event will stay up for another 30 days, making the grand total 89 days)
You the photographer sets all pricing for your images. You can create packages within your pricesheets.
We accept JPGs and no proprietary TIF files.
When you upload using Full Service your lab will actually do the shipping. You'll have the option of having your order shipped to your studio or having the order shipped right to the clients house.
Yes! Using our software you can upload pre-fabricated album pages for your clients to view. They can even comment on each page and send their reviews to you!
Our partner labs create hi-quality prints. For specific details please contact a lab directly.
ImageQuix allows you to email your clients from inside your ImageQuix Control Panel. The email will be sent out from our server, but will have your email address as the return address. ImageQuix allows you to reactivate Full Control events for free.
NO. Unlike some other online proofing companies, ImageQuix will NEVER contact or solicit your customers. Likewise we will not sell your customers contact info.
Yes. Upon sign up you will be given a link to insert on your website or to email to customers.
Once you've downloaded the software you can upload using your our Quick Start and User Guides. We offer online web training every week.
Of course! ImageQuix works for all types of studios, large and small. With ImageQuix's upload credit format you only pay for events when they are uploaded, there are no monthly fees to worry about.
Yes. ImageQuix support is available Monday-Friday 8am - 11pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am - 4pm
No. there is no annual commitment.
Yes. ImageQuix is pay as you go, so quitting is as simple as not using the service anymore.
