ImageQuix
offers two great ways for fulfilling your orders, Full Control
and Full Service.
Full Control
gives you the ability to review your orders first and then submit
them to the lab yourself when you’re ready. With Full
Service, we do everything for you, process customer payments,
automatically submit orders to the lab, deduct your lab bill, and
send you your balance check twice a month.

Control
Download your orders to your studio and then submit
them to an ImageQuix ready lab using the ImageQuix Lab Order Manager
or your lab customer order fulfillment software.

Full Service Order Fulfillment |
ImageQuix Full Service provides you
with a way to have your online orders automatically processed at
your ImageQuix Lab for you. All you have to do is receive your check
in the mail. ImageQuix Full Service is unique in that it allows
you the option to choose from a number of ImageQuix Labs to have
your images printed.
Full Service includes all of the following features: |
- Choose an ImageQuix Lab to fulfill your orders
for the highest quality printing
- Built in ImageQuix credit card processing
- Receive your payment checks bi-monthly (2x per
month)
- Your events stay online for a minimum of 90 days.
After 90 days your event will remain online 30
past the last online purchase made from that event
- 12% Commission + 3% CC processing fee
- Printing fees will be billed, automatically deducted,
and paid for you!
- With Full Service you will earn FREE upload credits as your
customers place orders.
For every $75 increment in your biweekly checks, 1 credit will
become available to your account through your online control panel.
All you have to do is log in and redeem them.

and distributes them back to your studio minus the fees once the order
has been printed. With direct-ship capabilities, and the highest quality
printing, you all you need to do is Just Take Pictures! |

| Fees |
A commission of 12% plus a credit
card processing fee of 3%, and a $0.30 transaction fee is applied
to each order.
Example: An order is placed for $50.00 with $5.00 shipping
and 6% sales tax totaling $58.00.

| Leaving Events Online |
We recommend
leaving events online for no longer than 90 days. This encourages
your customers to place orders while the emotion of the moment
is still fresh. Events may remain online as long as they are
receiving orders. After an event has not received an order
for 30 days, you may pay a $20 re-activation fee to keep the
event up for and additional three months or it is removed
from your account. |

Checks will be cut
and mailed on the 1st and 16th of each month.
1st day of the Month
– Includes payment for any outstanding order
placed before the 16th of the previous month. (ie.
Orders placed between 1st and 15th of May will be
processed for payment on June 1st)
16th day of the Month
– Includes payment for any outstanding order
placed before the 1st of the current month. (ie. Orders
placed between and 15th and 31st of May will be processed
for payment on June 16th)

**Payment
for orders are made after the following criteria has been met: 1)
more than $100.00 is due in your account or the balance is
greater than 60 days old, 2) the order has been printed, 3) the order
has been made within the pay dates described above.
