ImageQuix
offers two great ways for fulfilling your orders,
Full Control
and Full Service.
Full Control
gives you the ability to review your orders first and then submit
them to the lab yourself when you’re ready. With Full
Service, we do everything for you, process customer payments,
automatically submit orders to the lab, deduct your lab bill, and
send you your balance check twice a month.

Credit Card Transactions:
- All credit cards processed for studios residing in the U.S. will be in U.S. currency.
- All credit cards processed for studios residing in Canada will be in Canadian currency. (coming soon)

Full
Control
Download your orders to your studio and then submit
them to an ImageQuix ready lab using the ImageQuix Lab Order Manager
or your lab customer order fulfillment software. Credit Card Processing included in all full control uploads has an industry low 3.9% CC Processing Fee and a 2.6% Service Fee. |

ImageQuix Full Service provides you with a way to have your online orders automatically processed at your ImageQuix Lab for you. All you have to do is receive your check in the mail. ImageQuix Full Service is unique in that it allows you the option to choose from a number of ImageQuix Labs to have your images printed. Full Service includes all of the following features: |
- Choose an ImageQuix Lab to fulfill your orders
for the highest quality printing
- Built in ImageQuix credit card processing
- Receive your payment checks bi-monthly (2x per
month)
- Your events stay online for a minimum of 90 days.
After 90 days your event will remain online 30
past the last online purchase made from that event
- 11.1% Service Fee + 3.9% CC processing fee
- Printing fees will be billed, automatically deducted,
and paid for you!
- With Full Service you will earn FREE upload credits as your customers place orders.
For every $500 increment in your biweekly checks, 1 credit will become available to your account through your online control panel. All you have to do is log in and redeem them. |
| ImageQuix collects funds from your customers
and distributes them back to your studio minus the fees once the order
has been printed. With direct-ship capabilities, and the highest quality
printing, you all you need to do is Just Take Pictures! |

| Fees |
A service fee of 11.1% plus a credit
card processing fee of 3.9%, and a $0.35 transaction fee is applied
to each order.
Example: An order is placed for $50.00 with $5.00 shipping
and 6% sales tax totaling $58.00.

ImageQuix
offers two great ways for receiving payment from your online orders: Payment by Check and Direct Deposit.
Both options are available to all United States Photographers whether
using Full Control or Full Service Processing. Photographers based outside of the United States will be limited
to Payment by Check at this time. |
Payment
by Check |
| Payment by check
will be delivered using standard mail and takes up to 3 business days
to reach your studio. Checks are made out by default to the photographer's
Studio Name. You may change this by updating your "Make Checks Payable
To" setting in your online profile. |
Direct Deposit |
Direct Deposits are payments made
directly to a photographer's bank account through the Automated
Clearing House (ACH)2.
In order to receive Direct Deposit Payments you must provide
ImageQuix with both your Bank Routing Number and the Bank Account
Number you would like to have payments made.

Payment Schedule |
| ImageQuix will process orders for payment
on a weekly basis. You can choose to have your orders processed, weekly,
bi-weekly, or once every 4 weeks. You can also choose a minimum amount
that you would like to have your payments reach before being processed.
Each Direct Deposit payment will incur a $1.00 processing fee, checks will incur a $2.00 processing fee. You may update your
payment schedule in your online profile. |

**Payment
for orders are made after the following criteria has been met: 1)
more than $100.00 is due in your account or the balance is
greater than 60 days old, 2) the order has been printed, 3) the order
has been made within the pay dates described above.
